Strips Accomplished
what takes place is believed in only after it has been accomplished--there's a will and will and the notion to will--to be great in the process--and finding another way down--the bright and shinning--shedding light corrects the case shown showing occasionally towards the way--to disappear the great man produces his change--stripes on the diagonal reposed in the faith of action--still evolving, we gain ground to future seed the fanged state--abundant--crowned--let us be as the sun at noon--bright and warm, giving way--above and in front

Change
All the poems previous, up to the ones that express an obvious change (about two days ago), were based on different animals that visited me at some distinct point in each day but I'm moving and the animal influence is lessening so I'm using the energy present in the day, as I see it, as inspiration or the guiding element for each poem. Notice the change.
Split
a figure eight split crossing over--he said the wind will move you and the stars--they know where to go--don't move, be moved--be split at the corner--there--to divide and divide and divide--always turning--always falling from above inside (out)--he said he could feel the breath on the other side of this side--the outside pressing in--he told me he never knew anyone like me before though I know I am the same--like him, a double rainbow

Reflection's Fleck
he was counting all the times he fell in love and said the world is ever changing hour by hour by our mouths and then he kissed me--then there was a dot in the space between us--a little fleck of something in the nothing--I said I didn't care but I did--his words are just more valuable than most--he's expensive--I never saw a glance more beautiful or a face more safe and wanting--he almost never looks familiar even when I see him every day--some people change at a faster rate than most--then he said ain't that the truth, information's passing though me in rays--I see a dress, a door, and an upside down reflection of you in the stars on the warm water--and then he moaned

Up Close
he said something is dreaming though me--climbing up the stairs--I'd like to get smashed by your laughs--he said, I need you to listen to what I say, your every answer is up close--don't unravel/unreal--take back slack--I feel your hand on my brain and I want to go back out but I'm dreaming--he said I'm a fate maker--I said, I'd rather remind you of your destiny

Well Enough
I've been making exceptions in the code--
Maybe you know that
A tail left behind writhing--does it distract you
It makes the slightest
Echoing sound and
There's a niche
On ground where you
Can place a finger--
Fingers without hands while
Making well with my code and figuring--
I know how tired I can become
Well enough to know which way
Depraved--here I see my love's still a shadow
Cast by a left behind tail--
Does it distract you--
Way
Maybe you know that
A tail left behind writhing--does it distract you
It makes the slightest
Echoing sound and
There's a niche
On ground where you
Can place a finger--
Fingers without hands while
Making well with my code and figuring--
I know how tired I can become
Well enough to know which way
Depraved--here I see my love's still a shadow
Cast by a left behind tail--
Does it distract you--
Way

Interlude-ing
A territory to stand in--
If you wander there's little left
With time between
Sometimes
We want that and then hearing the heartbeat--
It takes you home quick
If you wander
There's a territory to stand in
Shown in a otherwise different way--
Take the ice
Off the top and you'll see
How quickly you can go home
If you wander there's little left
With time between
Sometimes
We want that and then hearing the heartbeat--
It takes you home quick
If you wander
There's a territory to stand in
Shown in a otherwise different way--
Take the ice
Off the top and you'll see
How quickly you can go home

Sunlight in the Marrow
He opened the door like a
Puppet master would and then he
Twist, turn, changed directions in line
With me once more--
I have been trying
To hover this instant and
Then the next to move; a building tapestry
What we do and do
Relentlessly becomes a pattern--
He opened the door like a
Puppet master would and then he
Dodged for color's form--
Sunlight in the marrow--I see him hatching
Eggs in the pond reflected to come like a seed
At the bottom of an ocean
And then he said--
These colors take time to develop
Puppet master would and then he
Twist, turn, changed directions in line
With me once more--
I have been trying
To hover this instant and
Then the next to move; a building tapestry
What we do and do
Relentlessly becomes a pattern--
He opened the door like a
Puppet master would and then he
Dodged for color's form--
Sunlight in the marrow--I see him hatching
Eggs in the pond reflected to come like a seed
At the bottom of an ocean
And then he said--
These colors take time to develop

Threaded
You've never had it so
Swift in the water
Thick threads tucked between your toes and
Down there, an anchor weight to drag in the sand below
Looped lines mark the way
Chaos in the shadows but it looks scrubbed-out from here
Hygienic underbelly, what waste we're in the water washing time and time
A sport divergent to wayward wanting
Impossible, untie your toes I want to kiss them
Drain the weight right out from the drag
Tucked and threaded swiftly through the water
Swift in the water
Thick threads tucked between your toes and
Down there, an anchor weight to drag in the sand below
Looped lines mark the way
Chaos in the shadows but it looks scrubbed-out from here
Hygienic underbelly, what waste we're in the water washing time and time
A sport divergent to wayward wanting
Impossible, untie your toes I want to kiss them
Drain the weight right out from the drag
Tucked and threaded swiftly through the water

Some So Solitary
Angels never
Need
An answer
Some
So
Solitary
They
Fuse
With
The largest
Part
Of themselves
Then finding
A way
Back in
They make
The most
Of it
Including
Gathering
To hunt
A self
Made
Nothing
Poetry's
A language
I know
And
Seeing
How
The
Spirit
In you
Speaks
This language
Too
I think
We can
Get along
Need
An answer
Some
So
Solitary
They
Fuse
With
The largest
Part
Of themselves
Then finding
A way
Back in
They make
The most
Of it
Including
Gathering
To hunt
A self
Made
Nothing
Poetry's
A language
I know
And
Seeing
How
The
Spirit
In you
Speaks
This language
Too
I think
We can
Get along
