Reflection's Fleck

he was counting all the times he fell in love and said the world is ever changing hour by hour by our mouths and then he kissed me--then there was a dot in the space between us--a little fleck of something in the nothing--I said I didn't care but I did--his words are just more valuable than most--he's expensive--I never saw a glance more beautiful or a face more safe and wanting--he almost never looks familiar even when I see him every day--some people change at a faster rate than most--then he said ain't that the truth, information's passing though me in rays--I see a dress, a door, and an upside down reflection of you in the stars on the warm water--and then he moaned
